These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 456bd platform and all services operated under it. The key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 456bd website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Services" refers to the casino games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming features provided through 456bd.
• "Account" refers to the personal registration created for each member.

• Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• The member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• Creating an account under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

If a member believes that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must immediately notify the 456bd customer support team. 456bd will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from the member's own negligence.

The account may not be transferred, sold or shared with a third party. If such activity is proven, 456bd reserves the right to close the account immediately.

At the time of registration, the member must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. 456bd may at any time request submission of a government-issued identity document (National ID, passport or driving licence) for identity verification.

3.1 Verification Process

• The member must submit valid and legitimate identity documents.
• Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Submitting false documents will result in permanent account closure and the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Information provided for verification will be stored with strict confidentiality.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 456bd platform. Multiple payment methods are available for members' convenience.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks can be used.
• Deposits must be made only from an account or card registered in the member's own name. Funds from third parties are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is processed, it will be added to the account automatically.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• The account from which a withdrawal is requested must be fully verified.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the member's own name.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• 456bd reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.
• All bonus offers have a fixed validity period; once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

456bd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

The following rules apply to participation in slots, live casino, sports betting and other games on the 456bd platform:

• Bets will not be accepted if the member's account does not have sufficient balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If any discrepancy occurs in a game result due to a technical error, 456bd will make a decision based on the system logs.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected in a game or bet, 456bd reserves the right to investigate and take the necessary action.
• If any loss occurs due to a software error or technical issue, a remedy will be provided after reasonable review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bd platform. Involvement in such activities will result in account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or mistreating other members or 456bd staff.
• Attempting to disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.

456bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the member requests it themselves or submits a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

To voluntarily close their account, a member may contact the 456bd customer service team. At the time of account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the rules.

However, if a member suffers a reasonable loss due to a proven technical error, 456bd will review the matter and take steps to provide a remedy. 456bd's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the member's affected transaction.

456bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms and conditions will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.

• If a member continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
